We aim to provide this website in line with WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 so that it is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. The main templates now include keyboard focus, a skip link, page landmarks, form labels, improved contrast and consent-based cookie handling.

Booking and service

Online booking is provided through an external booking service. As an accessible alternative, rooms can be requested by phone at +43 5672 62345 or through the contact form. We can assist with bookings, prices, local tax, payment questions and cancellation terms directly.

Known limitations

• Some parts of the external booking service are outside our direct source code. We continue to review this service and provide the alternative contact path above.
• Older third-party content or historic documents may still contain deviations.
